After an incredible week onboard Marella Voyager we have disembarked and have headed back to reality.
A week of exceptional service, great food and wonderful entertainment – it can be difficult to sum up the experience but we’ll give it our best shot.
If you’re a frequent Marella Cruiser then you’ll understand when we say the service the crew provides is outstanding: in our opinion the most attentive, fun and approachable crew on the seven seas! Nothing is ever too much trouble and they treat you like royalty, it’s hard not to get to know their infectious personalities and see the passion they have to fulfil their roles to the very best of their ability.
Even the fussiest of eaters won’t go hungry onboard Marella Voyager with familiar favourites but also plenty of opportunity to try something new and exciting, let us explain… Traditional fish & chips from Snack Shack or chip shop scallops from Silver Fork? A breakfast buffet from The Kitchens or an A La Carte breakfast from Latitude 53? A more casual Italian dining experience at Nonna’s or a more glamorous Italian dining experience at Vista? The beauty of many options onboard Voyager is that the choice is yours!
Entertainment can be found across the ship from morning, noon and night and we are certain there will be a venue for everyone’s tastes! Quizzes, Marella Music Cafe, curling, quoits and live musicians can be found on the Pool Deck daily, or up on Deck 12 in The Electric Rooms you could be a bit more energetic with line dancing or Silent Disco, even try your luck at the Casino. Of course there is Broadway Showlounge hosting an array of West End style shows and guest acts, elsewhere around the ship: singers, pianists, bands, ballroom dancers, bingo, karaoke and game shows can be found throughout the day onboard! The Cruise News will be your Bible whilst onboard and you’ll be able to refer to it for your daily itinerary of what’s happening.
On our return, we rewatched a ship tour from when the ship was Mein Schiff Hertz and the transformation that has been carried out by the Marella Cruises team is exceptional; we can’t wait to be back onboard one day.
