An idea born at 3am whilst getting ready to head to the airport to, you guessed it, fly to a cruise, has provided some wonderful opportunities that we never thought possible.
Why do we do it?
Our love for cruising began on our very first voyage back in 2015. Since then we have captured so many moments as we plot our way around the world. Our passion grew, as did our desire to share this with a wider audience.

We were lucky enough to be invited by Marella Cruises to board their latest ship, Marella Voyager, to experience some Marella firsts such as Silver Fork and The Exchange and of course Marella favourites including Flutes, Latitude main dining room and the all inclusive drinks. Joining the CLIA Choose Cruise Network has opened up some exciting opportunities such as ship visits and features in their weekly newsletter. This has helped us capture new content for our social channels in between cruises but also expose our blog to the wider cruise community. It’s also been great to meet other cruise addicts face to face rather than just via social media interactions.
The biggest challenge?
Keeping the sails up during the pandemic when we all lost the access to doing the things we loved. However with the great community and the appetite for followers to get their cruise fix we tried to keep posting regularly knowing that one day we’d be back sailing and hoping it would be sooner rather than later.
Five years of steady growth and expanding our footprint, who’s knows what the next five years will bring?
